Everything about this item is 100% perfect. The only exception is the Card roof, which needs a slight adjustment to close properly, but otherwise, it's an amazing product.

Absolutely Incredible Experience Cannot Recommend Naqwa Gaming Enough! I recently bought a PS Vita Slim from Naqwa Gaming, and honestly, the customer service from start to finish was hands-down some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Shipping a console over to the UK can sometimes be a bit nerve-wracking, but the communication and support were absolutely top-tier from the moment I hit order. They kept me updated every single step of the way. Even when FedEx ran into a few hiccups and the package got hit with some random customs checks, I didn’t sweat it for a second. Why? Because their WhatsApp support was on top of it the entire time, keeping me completely in the loop and giving me total peace of mind. The console arrived safely, looks amazing, and works flawlessly. If you're on the fence about ordering from them, don't be. Naqwa Gaming is the real deal, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding Experience — Highly Recommended I recently purchased a PS Vita OLED from this store, and the entire experience was exceptional. The console arrived in superb condition, exactly as described — clean, vibrant display, and clearly well‑maintained. The games were readily available and easy to download, making setup completely hassle‑free. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Every interaction was professional, prompt, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find an online store that combines great products with such high‑quality support, but this one absolutely delivers.
